It has been my pleasure having Carolyn Thompson as my Realtor. I called her several months ago, inquiring about buying a home. She was very knowledgeable in helping to educate us on all of our buying and financing needs. When we actually started looking for a home, she was always available to show no matter when or where we wanted to look. We even had her driving all the way to Tahlequah, Okla. Never once did she discourage us from looking so far, no matter how many times we went to look at homes. When we found the house we wanted to buy, Carolyn worked day and night to make it happen. We closed on our house in about 2 weeks! The lender was asking for things to be done on the house, and thanks to Carolyn, they were done quickly. We could not have done it without her. I asked her if she had time to sleep at night or was she camping out on the front door of the house because of how fast she got things done, but she anssured me she got sleep and was not camping on the front step. Some time in the near future, my husband and I are hoping to buy some acreage, and there is no doubt that when we do I'll be calling Carolyn. I would highly recommend her to my friends for ALL of their real estate needs.
